超级球球用户协议

欢迎使用超级球球。使用本产品前，请阅读并同意本协议和《隐私政策》。本服务由超级有爱（杭州）智能科技有限公司提供。

一、账号与使用资格

您应提供真实、准确的注册信息并妥善保管账号凭证，不得转让、出租账号或向他人披露密码、验证码。未满十四周岁的儿童不得独立注册；监护人应管理儿童对设备和服务的使用。

二、产品与服务

超级球球提供账号、设备配网和管理、语音及文字对话、AI 生成内容、家庭共享与客户支持等功能。部分功能依赖设备、网络、第三方云服务及系统权限，实际可用性可能因国家、地区、型号和版本不同而变化。 AI 生成内容仅供参考，不构成医疗、法律、财务或其他专业意见，您应自行判断并由监护人合理监督儿童使用。

三、用户行为规范

您不得利用本产品从事违法活动、侵犯他人权益、传播有害内容、攻击或干扰服务、绕过安全措施、逆向获取非公开信息，或以违反法律和第三方权利的方式使用生成内容。 对违反规则的行为，我们可依法采取提示、限制功能、暂停或终止服务等措施。

四、知识产权与内容

产品软件、界面、商标和相关内容的知识产权归本公司或合法权利人所有。您保留对依法提交内容的权利，并授权我们在提供、维护和改进相关功能所必需的范围内处理该内容。

五、变更、终止与责任

我们可能基于安全、合规、技术或产品需要更新服务和协议，并依法以显著方式通知。您可停止使用或注销账号。因不可抗力、网络、第三方平台、设备故障或您未按说明操作导致的中断，我们将在法律允许范围内采取合理措施恢复服务。 本协议不排除法律规定不得排除或限制的消费者权利和责任。

六、适用法律、争议与联系

Welcome to SUPER CHIOCHIO. The service is provided by Super Youai (Hangzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Please read and accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy before use.

Account and eligibility

Provide accurate registration information and protect your credentials. Do not transfer or rent an account, or disclose passwords or verification codes. Children under 14 may not register independently, and guardians should supervise their use.

Service and AI content

Features include accounts, device setup and management, voice/text conversations, AI-generated content, home sharing, and support. Availability depends on devices, networks, third-party cloud services, permissions, region, model, and version. AI content is for reference and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the product unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute harmful content, interfere with services, bypass security, reverse engineer non-public information, or misuse generated content. Software, interfaces, trademarks, and product content belong to us or their lawful owners. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and permit processing necessary to provide and maintain the requested features.

Changes, termination, liability, and disputes

We may update services and these terms for security, compliance, technical, or product reasons and will provide notice as required by law. You may stop using the service or delete your account. We take reasonable steps to restore interruptions caused by force majeure, networks, third-party platforms, devices, or incorrect operation. Nothing excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory local consumer law remains applicable.
