- 选择「注销账号」，阅读提示后确认
账号注销后无法恢复。仅卸载 App 或解绑设备不会删除账号。

如何注销账号
请选择适合您的方式，两种方式具有同等效力。

无法登录 · 邮件申请
发送申请到官方服务邮箱
请提供注册手机号或邮箱、国家或地区代码。我们会通过安全方式核验账号归属， 请勿在邮件中发送密码或验证码。
发送至 service@superbobo.com →将删除的数据
- 账号与个人资料
- 家庭、设备绑定及设备名称
- 聊天记录、语音转写及您提交的内容
- 与账号关联的偏好设置和授权记录
注销后，我们会停止处理并删除或匿名化与账号相关的个人信息。法律法规要求保留的安全、 交易或合规记录将在法定期限内隔离保存，期限届满后删除。

中国大陆账号通常在 15 个工作日内完成核查和处理； 中国大陆以外账号原则上在 30 个自然日内回复，法律另有规定的除外。
儿童账号与监护人
本产品不供未满十四周岁的儿童独立注册。监护人可使用注册账号的联系方式发起删除申请， 并在核验监护关系后代为处理。

How to delete your account
Both options below initiate the same account-deletion process.

Delete your signed-in account
- Open My, then Settings
- Select Account & Profile
- Select Delete Account and confirm after reading the notice
Account deletion cannot be reversed. Uninstalling the app or unbinding a device does not delete your account.

Cannot sign in · Email request
Contact the official service address
Include your registered phone number or email and country or region code. We will verify account ownership securely. Never include your password or verification code.

- Account and profile information
- Homes, device bindings, and device names
- Chat history, voice transcripts, and content you submitted
- Account preferences and consent records
After deletion, we stop processing and delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account. Security, transaction, or compliance records that must be retained by law are isolated and deleted when the required retention period ends.
Response time

Requests for accounts outside mainland China are generally answered within 30 calendar days, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Mainland China requests are normally handled within 15 business days.
Children and guardians
Children under 14 may not register independently. A parent or legal guardian may request deletion using the registered account contact information, subject to verification of the guardian relationship.
